Ahu Yağtu, 1978 yılında İzmir’de doğumuştur. Sanat okulundan mezun oloan güzel oyuncu küçük yaşlarda model olmayı kafasına yerleştirmiş ve 1993 yılında modellik yapmaya başlamıştır. Daha sonra Şahika Tekand Stüdyo’da Oyunculuk Eğitimi alarak Biri Bizi Gözetliyor yarışma programında sunuculuk yapmaya başladı. 2001 yılında 90 60 90 dizisi ile ilk oyunculuk deneyimini yaşadı. Kampüsistan, Savcının Karısı, Kavak Yelleri, Komiser Nevzat, Aşk ve Ceza yer aldığı projelerdir. Star Tv’de yayınlanan; başrolü Ebru Özkan, Erkan Petekkaya, Barış Falay ve Mine Tugay’ın paylaştığı Paramparça dizisinin kadrosunda yer almakta ve Candan karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
