Bensu Soral, 1991 yılında Bursa’da doğmuştru. Eğitimini, Marmara Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Grafik Bölümü’nde tamamlamıştır. Oyuncu Hande Soral’ın kardeşidir. İlk dizi tecrübesini 2012 yılında Yol Ayrımı dizisinde rol alarak yaşamıştır. 2013 yılında Timuçin Esen ve Ahu Türkpençe’nin başrolü paylaştığı Vicdan dizisi kadrosuna dahil olmuştur. 2014 yılında Boynu Bükükler dizisinde oynamıştır. 2015 yılında ise tanınmasına neden olan Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar dizisinde Aslı karakterini canlandırmıştır. 2016 yılı yeni sezon dizisi olan İçerde’nin başrolünü Çağatay Ulusoy ile paylaşmaktadır.
