Çağdaş Onur Öztürk, 1979 yılında Sivas'ta doğmuştur. Eğitimini Anadolu Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı Sahne Sanatları Bölümü'nde tamamlamıştır. Ege Üniversitesi Peyzaj Mimarlığı Bölümünü bitirmiştir. Oyuncu olmaya karar vererek daha sonra Anadolu Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı Sahne Sanatları Bölümü okumuştur. 2008 yılında rol aldığı Gazi dizisi ile ilk oyunculuk deneyimini yaşamıştır. Doğruluk Ekseni, Sakarya Fırat, Kuzey Güney, Böyle Bitmesin, Düşler ve Umutlar, Aşktan Kaçılmaz ve Kış Güneşi dizilerinde rol almıştır. TRT ekranlarında yayınlanan Diriliş Ertuğrul dizisinde rol almakta ve Vasilyus karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
