Ceyhun Mengiroğlu, 1986 yılında İstanbul Şişli’de doğmuştur. Eğitimini oyunculuk üzerine tamamlamıştır. Modellik yapan Ceyhun Mengiroğlu, 2015 yılında Adı Mutluluk dizisinde Eren karakterini canlandırmıştır ve oyunculuk hayatına ilk adımı atmış; daha sonra Paramparça dizisinde rol almıştır. Show Tv ekranlarında yayınlanan; Hazal Filiz Küçükköse, Özge Özder, Ulaş Tuna Astepe gibi oyuncuların rol aldığı Rüya dizisinde rol almakta ve Bulut Giray karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
