Ecem Atalay; 1999 yılında İstanbul'da doğmuştur. Eğitimini Bilgi Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi Medya İletişim Bölümü'nde tamamlamıştır. İlk oyunculuk deneyimini 2020 yılında rol aldığı Gençliğim Eyvah dizisi ile yaşamış 4N1K dizisinde de rol almıştır. Şimdilerde ise Star Tv ekranlarında yayınlanan; kadrosunda Tolga Mendi, Cemre Baysel, Emre Bey, Defne Samyeli, Cansel Elçin, Tamer Rumeli, Deniz Barut, Seda Akman gibi isimlerin yer aldığı Sol Yanım dizisinde Eda karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
