Ecem Onaran, 1989 yılında İzmir’de doğmuştur.Eğitimini Ege Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksek Okulu’nda tamamlamıştır. 8 yaşında beden eğitimi öğretmeni sayesinde spora başlayan Ecem Onaran; senelerce Fenerbahçe Klübünde atlet olarak yarışmıştır. Survivor’ın kendisi için çok önemli olduğunu söylemekte; atletizmi bırakmak zorunda kaldığı için mücadelesinin yarım kaldığını ve kendini kanıtlamak istediğini söylemektedir. Çok güçlü olduğunu ve bu yüzden açlığın kendisini zorlamayacağına inanmaktadır. Ecem Onaran; Survivor 2019 Türkiye Yunanistan yarışmacılarındandır.
