Gonca Vuslateri, 1986 yılında Bursa’da doğmuştur. Eğitimini Müjdat Gezen Sanat Merkezi Tiyatro bölümünde tamamlamıştır. 1997 yılında Ruhsar dizisi ile kariyerine adım atmıştır. Küçük yaşta tiyatro eğitimi almıştır. Gonca Vuslateri’nin tanınması Küçük Sırlar dizisinde Canlandırdığı Ceyla karakteri ile olmuştur. 2012 yılında Yalan Dünya dizisinde canlandırdığı Vasfiye karakteri ile çok sevilmiştir. 2016 yeni sezonda Star Tv’de başlayan Anne dizisinin kadrosuna dahil olmuştur ve Şule karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
