İpek Filiz Yazıcı, 2001 yılında İstanbul’da doğmuştur. Lise de öğrenim gören İpek Filiz Yazıcı; 2016 yılında rol aldığı Babam ve Ailesi dizisi ile ilk oyunculuk deneyimini yaşamıştır. Fox Tv ekranlarında yayınlanan; başrolü Erkan Petekkaya, Songül Öden ve Dolunay Soysert’in paylaştığı Kayıtdışı dizisinin kadrosunda yer almakta ve Tuğba karakterini canlandırmaktadır. Güzel oyuncu aynı zamanda Lc Waikiki ve Çokokrem reklam filmlerinde de rol almıştır.
