Nihal Koldaş, 1956 yılında İstanbul’da doğmuştur. Eğitimini Oyunculuk üzerine tamamlamıştır. 1989 yılında Cahide dizisi ile kariyerine ilk adımını atmıştır. 1997 yılında ise Masumiyet filmi ile sinema dünyasına adım atmıştır. Adalet Oyunu, Kıskanmak, Kavşak, Çoğunluk, Kuma, Toz Ruhu, Ana Yurdu, Mustang gibi sinema filmlerinde rol almıştır. 2016 yılı yeni sezonunda Show Tv’de yayınlanan İçerde dizisinde Füsun karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
