Perihan Savaş, 1955 yılında İstanbul’da doğmuştur. 5 yaşında İstanbul Şehir Tiyatrolarında çocuk oyunlarında rol almaya başladı ve bir çok oyunda yer aldı. İlk profesyonel oyunculuğunu ise 1971 yılında rol aldığı Şehzade Simbad Kaf Dağında filmi ile yaşamış; bu güne kadar yaklaşık 120 filmde rol almıştır. Show Tv ekranlarında yayınlanan; kadrosunda Dilan Çiçek Deniz, Aras Bulut İynemli, Ercan Kesal, Mustafa Üstündağ, Erkan Kolçak Köstendil, Öner Erkan, Rıza Kocaoğlu, Nebil Sayın gibi önemli isimlerin yer aldığı Çukur dizisinde Sultan Koçovalı karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
