Songül Öden, 1977 yılında Diyarbakır'da doğmuştur. Eğitimini Ankara Üniversitesi DTCF Tiyatro Bölümü Oyunculuk Anasanat Dalı Bölümü'nden mezun olduktan sonra Hacettepe Üniversitesi Ankara Devlet Konservatuvarı'nda şan eğitimi almıştır. İlk oyunculuk deneyimini 2001 yılında Vasiyer dizisi ile yaşayan güzel oyuncu; Havada Bulut, Gümüş, Vazgeç Gönlüm, Mükemmel Çift, Umutsuz Ev Kadınları, Serçe Sarayı dizilerinde rol almıştır. Fox Tv ekranlarında yayınlanan; başrolü Erkan Petekkaya ve Dolunay Soysert ile paylaştığı Kayıtdışı dizisinin kadrosunda yer almakta ve Zeynep karakterini canlandırmaktadır. Songül Öden; 72. Koğuş, Acı Aşk ve Ekşi elmalar filmi ile sinema dünyasında da yerini almıştır.
