Yeliz Kuvancı, 1987 yılında Tekirdağ'da doğmuştur. Eğitimini Beykent Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Oyunculuk Bölümü'nde tamamlamıştır. Yeliz Kuvancı, ilk oyunculuk deneyimini Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman Ki dizisi ile yaşamış; daha sonra Böyle Bitmesin, Keşke Hiç Büyümeseydik ve Tutunamayanlar dizilerinde rol almıştır. Şimdilerde ise Kanal D ekranlarında yayınlanan; baş rolünde Cansu Dere, Caner Cindoruk, Melis Sezen, Eren Vurdem, Gözde Seda Altuner, Alp Akar, Burak Sergen gibi ünlü isimlerin yer aldığı Sadakatsiz dizisinde Bahar karakterini canlandırmaktadır.
