Ali Dehghan (en persa: علی دهقان) es un actor que trabajó en el cine iraní entre 1969 y 1977. Como no hay información fiable sobre su fecha de nacimiento, su lugar de nacimiento ni su vida, su carrera solo puede seguirse hoy a través de su filmografía.

Dio sus primeros pasos en la pantalla en 1969 con las películas Jafar va Golnar y Shokooh-e ghahraman. En 1970 llegó A Man from the South of the City, en 1971 Beauty on the Block y Ehsas-e dagh, y en 1972 The Tenant y Gozare Akbar. Su año más intenso fue 1973: participó en siete producciones, At the Last Moment, The Enemy, The Captain, Mr. Jahel, Kaj Kola Khan, The Curse y The Strengthening Sun.
