Adem Kılıççı — Biography
Adem Kılıççı is a Turkish boxer born on 5 March 1986 in Ağrı. Competing for the Fenerbahçe Boxing Club in the middleweight division, he represented Turkey at the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympic Games. Over his career he won a bronze medal at the World Championship and a silver medal at the European Championship, took second place at the Mediterranean Games, and claimed numerous national titles.
His result from the 2012 London Olympics was annulled by the International Olympic Committee in 2017, following a retest of stored samples carried out in 2016.
After his boxing career, Kılıççı moved into television, competing in the Tv8 reality show Survivor's 2017 edition and its 2018 All Star season, after which he became widely known as a "Survivor champion." In 2026 he drew public attention after disclosing that, following a painful personal loss, he had used a banned substance on one occasion; he sought to be transparent about the matter by sharing the results of subsequent drug tests, while continuing to follow new seasons of the show as a former champion.
