Adem Koçak is a Turkish footballer born on September 1, 1983, in the Yerköy district of Yozgat. Standing 1.78 meters tall, he has played as a midfielder throughout his career.

Koçak has worn the colors of clubs including Ankaraspor, Ankaragücü, Trabzonspor, Sivasspor, Bursaspor, and Bandırmaspor, and he also represented Turkey at the under-17, under-19, under-20, and under-21 national team levels.
