Arif Şahin — Biography
Arif Şahin was born on 22 December 1985 in Eskişehir, Turkey. He started out in Bursaspor's youth academy but was released before reaching the first team, and turned professional in 2005 by signing with third-tier side Bilecikspor.
He went on to play for several third and second division clubs before joining Elazığspor for the 2009-10 season, where he was part of a squad that finished the season as second-division champions and moved up a level. In later years he played for clubs including Antalyaspor, Boluspor, Samsunspor, Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor, Giresunspor and Kayseri Erciyesspor.
By late 2018 he had joined Elazığ Belediyespor in the Turkish TFF Third League, having spent most of his career moving between clubs in Turkey's lower divisions.
