Aysun Kayacı — Biography

Aysun Kayacı was born on May 20, 1979, in Istanbul. She began her career as a model in the mid-1990s and quickly became one of Turkey's prominent modeling faces before moving into acting. She appeared in films such as Kısık Ateşte 15 Dakika (2006) and Şeytanın Pabucu (2008), as well as television series including Doktorlar and Zehirli Çiçek, alongside work in commercials, and also hosted and appeared as a commentator on political discussion programs.

Kayacı became widely known for a controversial remark she made questioning whether her vote should count the same as a shepherd's, a comment that sparked considerable public debate at the time. She largely withdrew from public life after her marriage in 2012.

Having lived out of the spotlight in London for years, Kayacı returned to public attention in the summer of 2025 when she was photographed vacationing with her family in Bodrum, Turkey.
