Buket Aydın — Biography
Buket Aydın was born in Bursa in 1985. After graduating from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at İstanbul Kültür University, she completed a master's thesis on the poetry of Attila İlhan, then trained as a presenter in Kadıköy before entering journalism as a news announcer at a private radio station.
She went on to present the sports bulletin and later the main news bulletin at Kanaltürk, followed by anchoring roles at TRT Türk and NTV. In 2018 she moved to Kanal D to present its main news bulletin, while also serving as a lecturer in the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Nişantaşı University.
As of 2026 she continues to anchor the main news bulletin on Kanal D and remains a visible media figure through frequent interviews and appearances on current-affairs programs.
