Damla Demirdön — Biography

Damla Demirdön was born on 6 September 1990 in Ankara and is a Turkish women's football midfielder. For a significant part of her career she represented Istanbul club Ataşehir Belediyespor, wearing jersey number 17 in the Women's First Football League.

She joined the senior national team setup at an early age, becoming part of Turkey's A Women's National Team from 2007 onward and featuring in various international matches and training camps organized by the Turkish Football Federation.

Having accumulated national-team experience from the youth categories onward, Demirdön is regarded as one of the players who has contributed to the development of women's football in Turkey over a long career.
