Derya Arhan — Biography
Born in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, on 25 January 1999, Derya Arhan is a Turkish women's footballer who has spent her career anchoring the back line as a defender. She progressed through Turkey's youth setups, representing the under-15, under-17 and under-19 national teams before earning senior caps for the Turkey women's national team.
At club level she came through Beşiktaş before a spell in Spain's second division in 2019, then returned home to play for Galatasaray and later Fenerbahçe Petrol Ofisi; her free-kicks have been singled out as a particular strength. She currently plays for Yüksekova in the Turkish Women's Football Super League while continuing to feature for the national team.
