Elvin Eksioglu — Biography
Elvin Ekşioğlu, also written Elvin Eksioglu (born 13 September 1966 in Istanbul), is a Turkish film director, screenwriter, producer and photographer. She studied at Yıldız Technical University and has been active since 1986.
She works behind the camera as both director and producer, and international film databases record her under producing, directing and camera-department credits. She also presents her work through her own website.
Photography runs alongside her film work as a separate practice: her exhibition "Geride Kalanlar" ("Those Left Behind"), opened in March 2026, was covered by the Turkish press. Records list Abdullah Ekşioğlu as her spouse.
