Enes Ünal — Biography
Enes Ünal was born on 10 May 1997 in the Osmangazi district of Bursa and plays as a centre-forward for the Turkish national team. Standing 1.85 m tall, he came through Bursaspor's youth ranks before establishing himself in the senior side.
On 25 August 2013, aged 16 years and 107 days, he scored against Galatasaray in a 1-1 draw, becoming the youngest goalscorer in Süper Lig history at the time — a record that stood until Emre Demir surpassed it on 9 November 2019. After a spell with La Liga side Getafe, Ünal moved on loan to Premier League club Bournemouth, and his performances there led the English club to pay his transfer fee and sign him to a four-year deal on 29 May 2024.
Throughout 2026 he has repeatedly featured in transfer speculation, with several Süper Lig clubs reportedly interested in signing him, while a managerial change at Bournemouth kept questions about his future in the headlines; none of these reports, however, have been confirmed as an actual transfer.
