Erdem Kaynarca — Biography

Erdem Kaynarca (born 17 November 1992 in Istanbul) is a Turkish theatre, film and television actor. He graduated from the Theatre Department of Kadir Has University.

He made his screen debut with the 2016 feature film Emanet and appeared in the series Kalp Atışı in 2017. He became widely known in 2018 for his role as Dündar in the Fox TV series Yasak Elma. He went on to play Bora Demir in Annemizi Saklarken (2021), Toprak Atabey in Gül Masalı (2022) and Mustafa in Korkma Ben Yanındayım (2024).

In June 2026, while filming the TRT series Ateş Denizi, in which he played the lead, he was detained as part of an investigation; the production company subsequently terminated his contract and the role was recast.
