Esin Varan — Biography

Esin Varan was born on August 23, 1988, in Artvin and studied at Marmara University. She later relocated to the United States, building a career that spans theater, film and television while also working as a screenwriter.

Based largely in New York, Varan has appeared in American productions such as Homeland and shared the stage with fellow actress Ayça Varlıer in 2022, becoming one of the more visible Turkish performers working in the U.S. entertainment industry.

In 2026 she drew renewed attention in Turkey after her film Deepfake screened at the Tribeca Festival.
