Evren Nuri Turhan — Biography

Evren Nuri Turhan (born 10 September 1974, in Kayseri) is a Turkish former international footballer and football commentator.

A midfielder, he transferred from Galatasaray to Kocaelispor and became closely associated with Kocaelispor, the club he represented for five years.

After ending his playing career he moved into football commentary. His father Osman Nuri Turhan was also a professional footballer in the 1960s and 1970s, playing for clubs such as Balıkesirspor, Düzcespor and Kayserispor, and his younger brother Serkan Turhan likewise became a professional player.
