Gökhan Akkan — Biography

Gökhan Akkan (born 1995) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. He was born in the Çekerek district of Yozgat province and stands 1.88 m tall.

Much of his professional career has been spent with TFF 1. Lig clubs. A spell at Sivasspor, on loan from Gençlerbirliği, was one of its more prominent chapters.

He joined Serikspor in September 2025, then signed for Sivasspor again on 30 January 2026. Because he was the first player the club announced once its transfer ban was lifted, the signing was reported widely in both the local and the national press.
