Gün Akıncı — Biography
Gün Akıncı was born on September 21, 1988, in Istanbul. He studied in the Geological Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University.
He took an early interest in basketball and rose as far as the first team of Pertevniyal, Efes's youth affiliate, before an injury cut short that path. After his sporting career he worked as a model before turning to acting.
He began his screen career playing Yusuf in the Fox Tv series Kırlangıç Fırtınası, alongside Fikret Kuşkan, Ebru Aykaç and Emel Çölgeçen, and went on in later years to play Cem in Yasak Elma and Arda in Annenin Sırrıdır Çocuk.
