Halil İbrahim Pehlivan is a Turkish footballer from Ankara who plays at left back. His date of birth is disputed: the Turkish, German and English encyclopaedia entries and DBpedia all give 21 August 1993, while Wikidata and the Arabic entry record 16 January 1993 — the majority of independent sources favour August. He is listed at 1.83 m.

Arabic-language sources place his early years at Oftaşspor and Gençlerbirliği. In February 2020, while at Gençlerbirliği, he told Milliyet that his ambition was a national-team call-up. He joined Gaziantep FK as a left back in July 2021, moved to Çaykur Rizespor in February 2023, and repeated the same ambition to Anadolu Ajansı during his time in Rize. His Rizespor contract was terminated by mutual consent in January 2025.
