Halil İbrahim Pehlivan is a Turkish footballer from Ankara who plays at left back. He has worn the shirts of Gençlerbirliği, Gaziantep FK and Çaykur Rizespor in the Süper Lig and, since January 2025, has played for MKE Ankaragücü in the First League. He is 1.83 metres tall. In interviews with Milliyet in 2020, while at Gençlerbirliği, and with TRT Haber in 2023, while at Rizespor, he named a national-team call-up as his biggest ambition.

He started playing in the Gençlerbirliği academy in 2004. He turned professional in the winter break of 2012-13 with Hacettepe, a third-division side that served as Gençlerbirliği's feeder team, and helped it win promotion to the second division in 2013-14. At the start of 2014-15 he was moved up to the Gençlerbirliği first team, made his Süper Lig debut against Akhisar Belediyespor on 13 December 2014 and played 12 matches that season. In 2016-17 he was loaned to Adanaspor, and in July 2019 he renewed his contract with Gençlerbirliği.

After Gençlerbirliği, he signed a three-year contract with Gaziantep FK on 6 July 2021 and spent about a season and a half there as the team's left back. Midway through the season, in February 2023, he moved to Çaykur Rizespor, where he played in the same position. In January 2025 he and Rizespor parted ways, and Ankaragücü agreed a deal with him the following day.
