Hasan Şengün — Biography

Hasan Şengün was born on 14 July 1961 in Trabzon and built his playing career as a forward, becoming known in Turkish football by the nickname "Dobi Hasan." He is closely associated with two Black Sea clubs, Trabzonspor and Samsunspor, and also played for Malatyaspor during his career. He earned caps for Turkey's under-21 and senior national teams.

After retiring as a player, Şengün moved into coaching and took charge of several lower-division clubs, including Ispartaspor (also known as 32 Spor) and Tireboluspor. Across both his playing days and his years on the touchline, he remained a familiar figure in Turkish football, particularly in the Trabzon region.
