İlyas İlbey — Biography

İlyas İlbey is a Turkish actor and comedian born in Kastamonu. He is married to theater actress and comedian Yasemin Yalçın. He is best remembered for the parody sketches he performed opposite his wife on the comedy program İnce İnce Yasemince, where his portrayal of the character İtilmiş made him widely recognized and popular with audiences.

Away from the stage, İlbey is known for his enthusiasm for horse racing and owns his own racehorses. In the summer of 2026, reports emerged that he had been hospitalized after a tumor was detected in his liver and that he was awaiting a transplant, with his daughter updating the public on his condition during the treatment.
