İsmail Konuk — Biography

İsmail Konuk (born 16 January 1988 in Denizli) is a Turkish footballer who played as a defender. English-language sources say he came through the Denizlispor youth academy and made his professional debut in 2006.

The later career can be dated from press coverage. Bursaspor parted ways with him in January 2018, the club posting a farewell note of its own; he joined Adana Demirspor that August; the German Wikipedia has him contracted to second-tier Tuzlaspor from 2020; and in January 2025 Denizli İdmanyurdu announced his signing.

The encyclopaedic snapshots appear to contradict each other — the English article has him at Diyarbekirspor, the Turkish one states that he has ended his playing career — but each was simply written at a different point along that sequence.
