Levent Gülen — Biography
Levent Gülen is a Swiss-Turkish footballer born on 24 February 1994 in Zurich. The son of an emigrant Turkish family raised in Switzerland, he began his football career at Grasshopper Club, joining its youth setup in 2011, playing for the reserve side in the 2011-12 season, and being promoted to the first team in 2012.
The 1.85m-tall centre-back went on loan to Kayserispor in the 2013-14 winter transfer window and was transferred to the Turkish club permanently on 6 June 2014 for a reported €150,000 fee, later remaining connected to Kayserispor in subsequent years. He also had a spell with Polish side Miedź Legnica before signing a one-year deal with Şanlıurfaspor in July 2025, where he played in the club's TFF 2. Lig defence, before leaving the club and moving to a Swiss club in August 2026.
