Mehmet Eray Özbek (born 9 January 2003 in Kocasinan, Kayseri) is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Kayserispor. He stands 1.78 m tall.
A product of the Kayserispor youth system, Özbek received a call-up to the Turkish under-16 national team in 2019 and signed his first professional contract with Kayserispor in August of the same year. In June 2022 he extended his stay with a new four-year deal. He scored his first Süper Lig goal in February 2024 and remained part of the Kayserispor squad in the 2025-26 season.
