Muammer Yıldırım — Biography
Muammer Zülfikar Yıldırım was born on 14 September 1990 in Eğil, a district of Diyarbakır, Turkey. A goalkeeper, he stands 1.90 m tall.
His career has taken in clubs such as Türk Telekomspor, Mersin İdmanyurdu, Vanspor and Sivasspor. In February 2024 he signed an 18-month contract with Samsunspor, and he later joined Elazığspor, announcing his departure from that club in January 2026.
In a 2016 interview with the Turkish Football Federation he said he had become a goalkeeper "because I love flying". He became a father in August 2020.
