Ömer Bayram — Biography
Ömer Bayram (born 27 July 1991 in Breda) is a Dutch-born Turkish professional footballer who plays as a left back or midfielder. He holds both Dutch and Turkish citizenship and has represented Turkey at youth and under-21 level.
Bayram began his career in the Netherlands with NAC Breda before moving to Turkey, where he played for Kayserispor. In later seasons he appeared for clubs such as Eyüpspor and Sarıyer.
A childhood friend of Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk, Bayram made headlines in 2026 with his comments about a possible transfer of Van Dijk to Galatasaray.
