Şener Aşkaroğlu — Biography

Şener Aşkaroğlu (born 24 April 1980 in Kütahya) is a Turkish former footballer who spent his career largely in Turkey's top and lower divisions.

He left Konyaspor at the end of 2008 and agreed terms with Denizlispor in January 2009. He later played for Manisaspor, and football records also associate him with Diyarbakırspor and Çaykur Rizespor.

The final stop of his career was TKİ Tavşanlı Linyitspor, based in the Tavşanlı district of Kütahya, the province where he was born, and it was there that he retired from playing. Because no substantial encyclopedic coverage of him exists outside Turkish-language sources, details of his position and career statistics remain limited.
