Şenol Akın — Biography

Şenol Akın (born 20 December 1984 in Gebze, Kocaeli) is a Turkish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.

Over the course of his career he represented clubs such as Karabükspor, Konyaspor, Denizlispor and Bucaspor. He played in the Süper Lig with Kardemir Karabükspor in the 2010–11 season and joined Konyaspor in 2013, where he set promotion to the top flight as the team's goal.

Akın spent the 2015–16 campaign with Denizlispor, where an injury in March 2016 ended his season early. He left Bucaspor in 2017, returned to Konya in 2018 and subsequently ended his playing career.
