Serhan Hacıhüseyinoğlu is a Turkish former footballer and politician, born on 2 October 1967 in the Çarşıbaşı district of Trabzon, who played as a midfielder. With 4 goals in the 1993-94 season, he ranked among the Turkish Cup's top scorers and made 6 Süper Lig appearances for Vanspor. In the 1999-2000 season he was among the Third League's leading scorers, netting 21 goals for Mezitlispor.
After retiring from football, Hacıhüseyinoğlu moved into politics and remains active with the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) in Samsun, having attended party provincial congresses and declared his candidacy for the Atakum mayoralty.
