Taner Yıldız — Biography

Taner Yıldız is a Turkish footballer, born on 23 December 1992 in Ilıca, in the Çeşme district of İzmir, who plays as a midfielder. He began his football career in the youth ranks of the amateur Istanbul club Kocasinanspor before moving to Kasımpaşa's academy, where he joined the reserve (A2) squad in 2009 and quickly became a regular starter. He made a Süper Lig appearance for Kasımpaşa's first team against Galatasaray on 9 May 2011, and after signing a professional contract at the start of the 2011-12 season and formally joining the senior squad, played his first official match as a professional in a 1. Lig fixture against Kartalspor on 19 September 2011.

In later years Yıldız played for İstanbulspor, then moved on to Bayrampaşaspor and subsequently to Ağrı 1970 SK, continuing his career as a midfielder across various tiers of Turkish football.
