Augustin, King of Kung-Fu

Augustin, King of Kung-Fu (original French title: Augustin, roi du kung-fu) is a 1999 French-Spanish comedy directed by Anne Fontaine. The screenplay was written by Jacques Fieschi, Anne Fontaine and Gilles Taurand, and the film was produced by Les Films Alain Sarde. It opened in France on 25 August 1999 and runs roughly 89 minutes. The cast includes Jean-Chrétien Sibertin-Blanc as Augustin, alongside Maggie Cheung, Darry Cowl, Fanny Ardant, Bernard Campan, André Dussollier, Pascal Bonitzer and Paulette Dubost. The picture continues the story of the Augustin character that Fontaine had introduced in an earlier film.
