The Red Horse (Crveniot Konj) (translated)

Crveniot Konj ("The Red Horse") is a 1981 Yugoslav film from Macedonia, directed by Stole Popov. The screenplay was written by Taško Georgievski together with Popov, adapting Georgievski's novel of the same name, and the film — shot in Macedonian — blends war, historical and drama elements.

Its principal roles are played by well-known Yugoslav actors of the era, including Velimir Bata Živojinović, Ilija Džuvalekovski and Meto Jovanovski, while the large ensemble also features Mustafa Jasar and Sabina Toziya.
