Fashion!

Fashion! is a French documentary series from 2012, directed and written by Olivier Nicklaus. Spread across three episodes, each devoted to a decade, it traces the history of fashion in France from the early 1980s onward. The storytelling relies heavily on period archive footage — some of it previously unseen — combined with recently recorded interviews.

Featuring contributions from figures such as Bernadette Lafont and Catherine Deneuve alongside many well-known names from the fashion world, the series was screened at a number of international festivals in 2012 and 2013, including Melbourne's Fashion on Film Festival, the Chéries Chéris festival in Paris, ASVOFF at the Centre Pompidou, and Montreal's FIFA.
