Işın Show
Işın Show was a Turkish talk show that ran briefly on ATV during the summer of 2005. It was fronted by pop singer Işın Karaca, after whom the program was named. The production lasted only one season, wrapping up after seven episodes.
Its format blended celebrity interviews with comedy segments. Guests included some of the best-known voices in Turkish pop of the period, among them Yıldız Tilbe, Ebru Gündeş, Özlem Tekin and İzel. Short skits carrying titles such as "Börül Abla" and "Barbi bebekler" were scattered through the broadcasts, while DJ Çığırtkan contributed announcements and took part in the sketches.
Before it went on air, the show was promoted with the tagline "Işınla Beni," a pun built on the host's first name, which evokes the word for a beam of light in Turkish. That playful slogan became the most recognizable element of the program's identity.
