It's for Your Own Good (German title: Es ist zu deinem Besten) is a German comedy that opened in cinemas in Germany and Austria on 8 October 2020. Directed by Marc Rothemund, it is a remake of the 2017 Spanish comedy Es por tu bien; Felix Starck produced the film and wrote the screenplay together with Hans Rath.

Running about 91 minutes, the German-language picture features Heiner Lauterbach, Jürgen Vogel, Hilmi Sözer, Janina Uhse, Lisa-Marie Koroll and Lara Aylin Winkler in its cast.
