Mashti Mamdali's Car (Persian: ماشین مشتی ممدلی, Māšīn-e Maštī Mamdalī) is a 1974 Iranian comedy with action elements, shot in Persian. Reza Fazeli both directs the picture and takes its lead role, while the script comes from Fereydun Gole. The production is regarded as part of Filmfarsi, the popular commercial strand that dominated Iranian cinema before the 1979 revolution. Its story unfolds around the title character and the automobile at the heart of a string of lively, humorous adventures.
