Poppitz

Poppitz is a 2002 Austrian film directed by Harald Sicheritz. A black comedy, it follows car salesman Gerry Schartl (Roland Düringer), who sets off with his family on an all-inclusive package holiday. Nagging worries about his job and a mysterious 'Poppitz' his boss keeps mentioning gnaw at him, while the dream vacation turns into a nightmare of a shoddy resort and mounting mishaps; the film also pokes fun at the differences between Austrians and Germans.
