Sheitan

Sheitan is a 2006 French horror film directed by Kim Chapiron and co-written with his father Christian Chapiron. On Christmas Eve, three young men, Bart, Ladj and Thai, meet two attractive girls, Eve and Yasmin, at a Paris nightclub. When Eve invites the group to a house out in the countryside, the young men eagerly accept. At the remote estate they are greeted by its caretaker Joseph and a woman named Marie, but they have no idea what kind of trap they have walked into, one woven with black magic and satanic games. The film's title means "devil" in Arabic. Blending horror with black comedy and sexuality, the film features Vincent Cassel as Joseph; Cassel also co-produced the picture. His then-wife Monica Bellucci appears in a cameo. Sheitan premiered at the 2006 Gérardmer Film Festival before opening in French cinemas days later.
