Until the Last One

Until the Last One (Jusqu'au dernier) is a 1957 French-Italian crime thriller directed by Pierre Billon, with a screenplay by Michel Audiard. The cast is led by Raymond Pellegrin, Jeanne Moreau and Paul Meurisse, with Jacques Dufilho also appearing. Shot at the Photosonor Studios in Paris and on location along the River Somme, the production featured sets created by art director Jean d'Eaubonne. Released in France in March 1957, the film noir drew roughly a million and a quarter admissions at the French box office, making it one of the notable crime dramas of its season.
