Vedat Budak — Biography

Vedat Budak was born on 10 October 1991 in the Lice district of Diyarbakır. He began playing football at Barış Spor in 2003, moved to Diyarbakırspor's youth academy in 2007, and signed his first professional contract in 2010, joining the first-team squad.

Playing as a forward, he made his official debut for Diyarbakırspor on 28 August 2010 in a 1. Lig match against Çaykur Rizespor and quickly became a regular starter. After the club was relegated at the end of that season, he transferred to Boluspor at the start of 2010-11.

In later years, after clubs in the Bolu region, he played for teams such as Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor, Kocaeli Birlikspor, Yeni Malatyaspor, and Tokatspor; while at Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor in 2013 he also took the field in a cup tie against Galatasaray, spending many years across different cities in the second and third tiers of Turkish football.
