Zafer Şakar — Biography

Zafer Şakar was born on September 25, 1985, in the Akçadağ district of Malatya, Turkey. He began his football career in Galatasaray's youth academy before establishing himself as a midfielder in professional football.

Over the course of his career he represented several Turkish clubs, including Galatasaray, Denizlispor, Samsunspor, Boluspor, Diyarbakırspor, Güngörenspor, and Gaziantep. He also earned international recognition, playing for Turkey's under-20 national team at the 2005 FIFA U-20 World Cup held in the Netherlands.
